W&W Essential Mix 10-26-2013
I’m a huge fan of Pete Tong BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mixes, but 2013 has been TERRIBLE (unless you love disco-house) in comparison to 2012 that featured strong mixes from the likes of Hardwell, Thomas Gold, Steve Aoki, Flux Pavilion, Alesso, Arty, and many more popular EDM producers. That being said, I’ve been waiting for a breakthrough mix like this from W&W for some time now (specifically, since Armin Van Buuren’s 3 hour Essential Mix dropped in May).
This mix is the type of upbeat, high BPM trance that keeps you interested throughout and takes you on a journey from start to finish that will have you wondering where the past 2 hours just went. The first time I heard it I had it on repeat all day at work.
